====== Anisomycin Recipe ======


**Ingredients**
  - 1 bottle of saline, 
  - Anisomycin, 
  - 1N HCl 
  - 1N NaOH 

**Mixing Anisomycin (125 µg / µl) and Vehicle**
  - Put container on a weight and re-zero (tare)
  - Weight 0.00625g of Anisomycin
  - Put Anisomycin in tube (or just weigh it in the tube)
  - Add 25 µl HCl and dissolve thoroughly
  - Add 20 µl saline
  - Set the pH to 7.2 – 7.5 with NaOH, first 2µl
  - Test by putting 1µl of the solution on a pH value paper
  - Set saline to the same value pH in the bottle

**Double** 
  - 0.0125 g anisomycin
  - 50 µl HCl
  - 40 µL saline
