Methazolamide Recipe

Preparing Stock Solution

  1. Molecular weight of methazolamide is 236.47
  2. Stock concentration: 100 mM
  3. Take 50 mg methazolamide and add 2.1143 mL of DSMO
  4. Aliquot into 20 µL aliquots and freeze in -80 C freezer

Preparing Infusion Solution

  1. Dilute Stock to final concentration of 10 mM
  2. Take one 20 µL aliquot and thaw it
  3. Add 180 µL DSMO to aliquot
  4. Briefly (3 s) vortex
