Methazolamide Recipe

  1. Stock
    1. Molecular weight is 236.47 daltons
    2. Stock concentration: 100 mM
    3. Take 50 mg methazolamide and add 2.1143 mL of DSMO
    4. Aliquot into 20 µL aliquots and freeze in -80 C freezer
  2. Dilute Stock to final concentration of 10 mM
    1. Take one 20 µL aliquot and add 180 µL DSMO
    2. Briefly (3 sec) vortex
